There is no real definition that can explain sadness, perhaps it is that popularized notion that sadness can only be apart from wisdom. The truth about sadness is in it's simplistic almost surreal value misplaced. It stems from our false reality in a sense. That we try so hard to divorce sadness from our lives, as if it means transforming the very fabric of humanity, then avoid it at all costs.
