Metaphysical representation on the question of God. To hard core believers of the Bible you would dismiss this poem for its value. A metaphysical concept is the very meaning of your entire existence. It takes a genius to reveal these things into language. Do not reject it as anti-religious. Look at it with the same beauty it causes you to see. If you do choose to reject it; there still is the concept of its own educational merit.
