metacognition

A thought is not simply “watched” by another hidden observer in the brain. Metacognition is the brain’s ability to represent and evaluate its own mental processes.

It involves networks across the prefrontal cortex, anterior cingulate cortex, and frontoparietal regions that monitor information such as confidence, errors, attention, and the accuracy of our own decisions. When you recognize “I’m thinking about my thinking,” the brain is generating a higher-order representation of its own cognitive state.
In a sense, the brain becomes both the thinker and the subject being examined.

Each day is strangely not full of surprises but fewer monumental things, your false sense of character, and emotions eating up your insides. - Marco

Expressionism should be related to how you emit the element of experience from within yourself as a cause to eliminate yourself from fear. - Marco

I just realized it's not that people don't remember you for what you used to be. It's that they simply don't want to care about who you have become. - Marco

@bigcanadiano: Dreams are awesome because it is your subconscious control of the universe telling you how repressed your sexual energy has become.
If dreams designate my freedom in the universe, then I am the sum of all fears. I must do what my mind intends on.

- Marco

@bigcanadiano: Ask yourself if dreams can decode reality in ways that alter its dimension, why then live in a vacuum. Dreams inform your memory of things.

- Marco

@bigcanadiano: You can act about me as though I am naïve, I don't exist, or outright ignore me but I know what it means to better insult your intelligence.

- Marco

@bigcanadiano: Here is my signature move: not to take myself too seriously, but never be taken for granted not wanting to be taken seriously.
Maybe my single greatest attribute as a man.

June 19th 2024 the ethics of Marco Almeida

There is something about me. When I feel wronged. I always almost always make myself to blame. It goes without thinking. I don’t know why this is. I do know where it has taken me. I know I am a sensitive person - it is not out of character for me if you know me better.

But to further this self examination, it boggles my mind how much hurt I've been through.

In return from such a realization, it comes from a place of repentance. That people who blame themselves before placing that same type of judgment onto others, are people of god. This means you look out for others, putting their needs before your own.

It's about feeling disappointed but on a human level, most won't understand.

What I can say of me is that it makes me a good person, not - not that it makes me better than others. It simply means that when you connect the dots, you know what good vs evil looks like. And consequently there are those who perversely take advantage of that in spite of you.

In conslusion, there are people in my history. Some I loved dearly that completely shattered my personal perception of myself, my well being, and only misunderstood me for what I can now say had nothing to do with me. It was about me blaming only myself.

It can be lonely.

The paradoxical nature between God and man is the very fabric of philosophy. Therefore, theology is philosophy with a general assignment of those variables. The truth is not theological. Only the question of God is philosophical and unknowable. Which creates our own dialogue.

I don't know about that.  A pure metaphysical standpoint, from which all things derive thenselves as is, does not physically represent an apriori discerned representation of MY REALITY.

So what your argument says, is interesting to me.

My point being that my personal affirmations (i.e. thoughts) that I hold myself to.  Are they merely dogmas of some type.  How do you know I am acting on my metaphysical representation of my relationship to the physical experience. Which to your point: would make my own sensory experience - obsolete?  °•●•°°

If in which case you don't see my contradiction as constructive of your idea.  Then, please refrain from a thoughtless response to me.

Thanks for your insight, regardless.

question: Are there necessary truths that are not analytic but are either synthetic or metaphysical? If so, what would be some examples and how would you justify your claim?

Everything is metaphysically relevent when it comes to reasoning on a philosophical level. You reach a state of transparency in a world we are in. The order in what we seek to interpret into language. The transcending of our very thoughts into something concrete. It is metaphysically impossible not to perform philosophy without the antimatter we have within ourselves to repel or displace (a thing for that thing in itself). My point is that in order to prove what we think is a finite process within a system that may or may not work against it. Philosophy to be true of something can also be false.

Double meaning (fallacy) and its elimination

Double meaning (fallacy) and its elimination

Assessing words through being given a meaning it doesn't have is an interpretation. This is a sophisticated view into how we learn or acquire meaning and turn it into being. (What some would consider is knowledge.)

To chase 1% of truth is aimed at a chance of getting it wrong OR you know what that truth is exactly and you infer from it.

I am not a reject awaiting feedback, which is code for the antithesis of rejection. To me personally, what makes what is magical in life, is the possibility of truth NOT to be on reason alone. Because at any given moment, reason can change the way you think. And the way, this manner of speaking "the how", you think: is what governs action.
