Not mistaken from an enemies stand point, the one that laughs last - laughs loudest becomes the victim.

Can you or can you not make the enemy reveal its intent as malicious to a cause, on the other hand, they believe they have the upper hand on you. They actually think you are the cause as their victim. In other words - they have failed at framing you. Can you identify such evil in false friendship, and let them have its reward: A misdemeanor. You have not caused them to be their own victim, you reveal that their only cause as is exposed of themselves. The evil in good standing substance is that laughs last, laughs loudest. There is the transformation of intent, to find the good in the lesser of two evils.

Are you or have you been the victim of a cause so ordinary, so impure, that yes they concealed their true identity all in favor of their wicked internalized hostility, without ever revealing themselves (as) you.
