@valeorrca10 you might think that u can take it and that you don't have to refuse, but then you just can't take it and that s ok, people suffer even after their own actions :) u can be manipulated into things without really realizing it and then suffer and cry because of the consequences

Are you referring to actors on set. Because if she suffered abuse on set it's a code for immature narcissistic behavior. Everyone should know what is involved. My point is you CAN refuse what is being asked. It is about getting to the truth without being hurt. The lines are blurred in what you've stated. There ARE boundaries. Boundaries that can't be crossed. Manipulation is not artistic license to be a bigot. We have no idea what this actress is going through. Actors in general without getting into detail, get mentally aborted because they have no idea what they are as an artist.

I rather exhibit creatively as an artist than chase the truth that a child has no concept of knowing how to do. Acting is 90% mental (imagination) 10% psychic (truth).
=============
I am talking about a sophistication on a level that a child is spoon fed. Artistic license to create is what I am getting at. The metaphorical value is this: that irony dictates a cathartic experience as an audience. My personal
relationship to the craft is far more important than having fun. I am a fierce intensely devoted individual in both my private and public life. (I wouldn't be posting my comment using this language if it weren't. )
If you read my initial post referring to acting as 90% (mental) and 10% (truth) you quickly learn - that acting is not child's play to me. It is deeply personal.
Example: if Emma Stone (my opinion the best actress in Hollywood) stops acting in a scene, and she decided to stop because - the scene wasn't "fun". no logic. Zero sense. What she is saying is all for show. There no exceptions. There are unwritten rules in acting, much of which means the energy of actors is in a vacuum. Trust me. Saying acting is fun?
I am saying the intentions must be honorable and acting truth is not a skill to be exploited.
FYI - acting is a privilege. (To answer the second part to your question.)
Marthina Karlsson - honestly, my take is three dimensional compared to those unlike my opinion. I never stated NOT having fun. You have me all wrong... I said: acting is a privilege for me as an artist. It is something I would do for free. Everything you have stated fits into a box. I am a full blown free thinking, intensely spirited avant garde. I will let my guard down for no one. NO ONE. I choose to take art seriously. Art in itself, once you have it, is (regurgitating here...) an act of privilege. If you believe what Emma Stone says on the surface? You are deluding yourself. It's all for show. Emma is either lying about herself or she's deliberately not telling the truth about it. All for show. And it's that's not the sad part. [End.] -Marco Almeida July 11th 2025
Marthina Karlsson it's only all for show. Don't be fooled. There is more fear and manipulation that masks any real process in creating art of value. The job of myself as an artist is to operate at a higher frequency.
