How I see it: if there is a master in my presence, I am also as responsible for how ignorant I must seek wisdom for wisdom sake. I can't have one foot on either side of the equation. It is a matter of principle. I only see that master for who they are i.e. - what they represent in their mastery - without equating them as such to my own inferiority. There are secrets hidden in everyone. The purpose is to let it find you. This is awareness in a sacred form. To inform the mind that its senses, can bring about meaning to the simplest of things. The ultimate irony is that if YOU (yourself) are the master? How do you know it. This is a humbling reminder of staying attune to the fabrications of one's sordid thoughts.
